Baby Animal Sessions are coming SOON!
We have two dates this year (click HERE to sign up):
Wednesday evening April 5th and
Saturday evening April 15th
We’re so excited to be partnering again with Sarah’s Party Animals - they truly are the best when it comes to animals and kiddos, and we have so much fun with our sessions every year! Sarah and Donna are bringing bunnies, chicks and ducklings to our sessions. We will be in Sebastian, Florida, at a field close to the highway exit. (You’ll be sent detailed directions and instructions after sign-up closer to our date.)
These are quick 15 minute sessions that focus on candid moments with your children and baby animals. While 15 minutes is quick, we can still get a few individual portraits as well as your children together. In the past we’ve had the whole family jump in photos, cousins and/or friends, and kids all ages from babies to teens. Everyone loves baby animals! (If you think your child might be nervous about the live animals, come prepared to jump in the photos with your child!)
Your session includes your favorite five edited high resolution digital images, and if you have trouble choosing, a gallery upgrade is also available! Your full gallery will be 25 images. If it’s easier to make two payments, just let me know and we’ll set that up.
Abby and I have been offering Baby Animal Sessions with Sarah’s Party Animals since 2018 (we did skip 2020), so when you sign up with us you know you’ve got the pros :-)
We hope to see you there!!!

W Family Documentary Session at Disney’s Magic Kingdom
Last November, the W Family packed up their things and headed to Florida for a special Disney vacation! They came all the way from New Jersey, so the family went all out.
In this family, Eric is usually the one taking the photos. But Disney was such a special location that he couldn’t imagine not being able to be in the pictures too! I totally understood his predicament since I’m the photographer of my family.
I made sure to get Eric in a lot of the photos to make up for all the times he was behind the camera. Eric’s wife Tara and their two kids, Willa and Leo, were overjoyed to have him participate.
To help maximize the fun, Eric and Tara invested in a VIP tour during their stay at Disney. This came with a bunch of perks and benefits, such as a private tour guide who planned the most efficient and enjoyable way to hit all of their must-see attractions around the park.
This was absolutely fantastic, because VIP tour guides know all of the tips and tricks to making a Disney Day as magical as possible. I’m sure that’s one reason why Eric and Tara were so stress-free and easy-going!
I loved that the W family understood my documentary style! We took some portraits, too, like the one in front of the castle, but their goal was to capture their day the way it unfolded. These candid moments are so precious!
However, we did face one challenge, and that was the weather. Our session was delayed when Hurricane Nicole hit Orlando, sweeping up the coast with heavy winds and rains. Disney closed the parks for a little while, and we adjusted our session’s schedule in order to accommodate it.
Fortunately, the family was very understanding and flexible on the matter. Despite the possible cats and dogs, they still wanted to go ahead with the session. Turns out, it was definitely the right call, because it wasn’t so bad once we got to the park.
There was a tiny drizzle here and there, and it was a bit windy at times, but we had a GREAT session and ended up with amazing images for the family to remember this trip by.
Eric and Tara, I’m so pleased that we were able to continue our documentary session despite the hurricane! These Magic Kingdom family photos are such treasures for you and your family. Thank you so much for choosing me to document your special Disney vacation!
